Food pouches
We help distributors and manufacturers to move their products by printing pouches that say “pick me!” Beautiful colour, sharp definition and special treatments – such as a double hit of ink or UV gloss – give our pouches extra oomph in the marketplace. Affordable short runs, multiple SKU runs and variable data (traceability barcodes, promo codes etc) help you to keep your business efficient.
Styles
We offer two main styles of stand up pouches, both are a type of flexible packaging which is able to stand erect on its bottom for display, storage, and use.
K-Style has variable sizing as the gusset is not a die preform.
DOY Style also known as Doypack (a trademark associated with the pouch), requires a specific die to form, so sizes are limited.
Features
We keep it simple and offer silver or clear film structure giving a variety of cool effects.
All of our pouches can be customised to feature your brand's bold and vibrant artwork, and this type of packaging can be made to include tear notches, resealable zippers, hang holes and other additional attributes that best serve your company and customer.
Personalised pouches
Digital printing is ideal for artisan food products because you can order pouches to reflect product demand. You can also combine multiple SKUs on a single run, ordering exactly the quantities you need of each. Variable data from an Excel spreadsheet can allow you to print pouches with consecutive numbers, competition codes, traceability barcodes and personalised messages. You can even change out images if you want to.
Prototypes are part of the service
To eliminate costly mistakes before they occur, we include a mocked-up prototype in our pack print process. As far as we know, we're the only NZ packaging printer to make printing of an accurate prototype standard procedure.
