It’s understandable, because you’re taking a flat tube of printed PET and shrinking it onto a curved 3D container. Getting it right isn’t that difficult; you simply need to do some prototyping before the big print run. That’s where Rocket Print can help.
‘Hand seamed’ shrink sleeve prototyping
Rocket Print can produce a one-off prototype of your shrink sleeve and shrink apply to a supplied container, so that you can see how your design is working on pack. Once you see how the sleeve shapes up, we can have distortions applied or your graphic designer can make artwork adjustments to get a perfect result. It’s possible you’ll need two or three prototypes before the artwork is absolutely accurate, but then you’ll have the confidence to order the big print run. Prototyping is always money well spent and our pricing is competitive.
Tamper-proof shrink lidding
